Hybrid Remote and In Office
Location: Northwest Houston (near 290 and the Beltway)

Ensures accurate & timely customer invoicing
Helps with Month-end close including preparation of standard monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
Properly applies cash receipts to customer accounts receivables
Identifies discrepancies between cash receipt from customers and invoices and works with inside sales group to resolve with customer.
Monitors A/R Aging and collections.
Accomplishes accounting and organizations mission by completing other accounting tasks as needed
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
Team player, working with all levels of the company.
Maintain system of record including monthly reconciliations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cost accounting
You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-lookups, Pivot Tables, Filters)
Experience with Epicore BizTrack is a plus but not required
Must have Cost Accounting experience
Must be willing to work in the office for training, and then hybrid remote and in office
