DeepScribe is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join the Customer Success Team. The CSM will be the face of DeepScribe’s brand. You will own the initial and ongoing relationship with the clinician, providing them with a smooth experience throughout the customer journey.

What you’ll do
The CSM is responsible for successfully onboarding the customer and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle. You will welcome the clinician to DeepScribe, train them on the various aspects of the platform, assist in customizing their initial environment, and act as the point of contact after their implementation to ensure they are using the solution to its fullest potential.

Your impact
You’ll maximize time to value for our customers, enabling them to utilize all aspects of their new solution
You’ll act as the subject matter expert to promote a seamless integration of our technology into our customers existing technology stack
Enable our customers by developing advanced note customizations, streamlining their operations
Partner internally with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver advanced features for customers
Review notes with specialists to provide advanced training and suggest creative alternatives to address or overcome technical challenges
Position yourself as a customer advocate to deliver a satisfying experience
About You
4+ years working in a customer-facing role
You have a passion for creating a world-class experience for customers
Self-motivated, team-oriented, responsible, and focused on exceeding customer expectations
You care deeply about your work, and believe in the importance of leveraging technology to improve patient care
You’re extremely organized, document well, and communicate well both verbally and in writing
You’re proactive, anticipate challenges, and act on these instincts
Project Management fundamentals are something you’ve begun to hone, and you plan on further developing these skills
Salary, compensation, and benefits
$65,000 – $75,000 annually
