As a Sales Recruiter, you will partner with Sales Leadership to source, recruit and close talented sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team. We are the world’s largest legal tech company, and you will be essential to our continuous growth! 

What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for our Sales & Revenue organizations; you’ll devise top-of-funnel strategy, drive searches and run point on offers and closing candidates
Partner with the Sales & Rev Ops leadership teams on talent strategy, contributing your expertise on the market, workforce planning, interviewing best practices, and effective recruiting processes to ensure we have a continuously growing team
Design and implement recruiting programs for your teams that enhance our recruiting efforts: drive referrals, elevate interview training, and market AffiniPay & MyCase in the talent market as an employer of choice 
Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring our top-of-funnel efforts and interviews provide candidates of all backgrounds with equal, unbiased consideration and opportunity
Champion a differentiated, exceptional candidate experience to ensure all candidates leave our doors feeling inspired, supported and informed
Provide direction and support to the recruiting team that works alongside you — we all work together to make magic! 
Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to inform your search strategy and build a trusting relationship with leaders and hiring managers. 
What We’re Looking For
Researcher: Proven track record sourcing, interviewing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors
Customer Focused: Customer-first mindset – highly responsive to customer needs (internal and external)
Influencer: Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
Agile: Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a fast-paced environment
Technically Savvy: Working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools and technologies – we use Greenhouse! 
You are a Recruiter!: AffiniPay & MyCase hires company builders and, in this role, you will be asked to be on the constant lookout for the best talent to bring onboard to help us continue building
2+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience with a software and/or tech company and an emphasis in GTM/Sales/Revenue
Strong ability to influence using collaboration
Ability to navigate and flourish in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes
Ability to be scrappy and resourceful with minimal to no guidance
Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities
Ability to think on your feet, but with enough humility to ask questions
Nice To Haves
Experience with Greenhouse ATS
