In an environment where teams are heavily focused on running their operations, we are seeking an individual with expertise in optimizing processes and tools. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to evaluate current business processes, identify the necessary process iterations and implement them in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
In this newly created remote role, you will:
Support the Director of Operational Efficiency to ensure the Global Operations team runs as efficiently as possible from several angles ;
Support all operational teams in meeting their challenges by ensuring easy access to the relevant information, at the relevant moment, in the relevant tool, for both Global Operations staff and customers ;
Collaborate with OpenClassrooms stakeholders from all teams and all management layers to identify gaps in documentation or improvement opportunities ;
Track these improvement opportunities and ensure process documentation is exhaustive, updated, and available “on the shelf” ;
Measure the impact of your knowledge management effort on the teams’ productivity and the quality of their work, but also on the satisfaction of our customers.
Reports to the Director, Operational Efficiency
YOU WILL LOVE THIS JOB IF
You are experienced in Knowledge Base management ;
You have worked in Customer Service and/or Customer Success environments, and CRM administration ;
You have superb organizational and project management skills ;
You like working on a wide variety of projects ;
You have the ability to understand, digest, interpret, and simplify complex problems and processes ;
Bonus: You have experience writing Product/Data specs
This is a global role. You’ll need to have excellent English and French communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level at the very least in both languages)
7+ years of professional experience ;
2+ years startup experience ;
2+ years of agile experience.
